Pros
Hp pavilion has 12gb of ram, 256gb of storage, and a 1tb external ssd. Screen is much faster than smaller screens, and the ssid is so much faster.
Illustrator and photoshop run perfectly with almost zero wait time to start up. Runs much better and no glitches after upgrade. The picture is crisp and clear. No sign of any issues.

Built in bluetooth is awesome. There's only 3 usb ports in this thing, which is minorly inconvenient when i need the dongle for my usb mouse and my external hard drive plugged in.
Cons
The lid is still flimsy and when you pick your computer open there is no density to it. The keyboard is not centered. The worst part is the two little stickers placed on the side describing twice the storage.

Very happy with the computer, works great.
She worked like she was supposed to from date until four months after the return date and now the battery will not hold a charge.
Bummer since in the past the batteries never last over the years since they discharge and charge again the that shortens battery life.
Price
I pretty much got everything i wanted in a laptop for a good price.
Excellent ‘low cost’ upgrade if your utility laptop is more that 4 yrs old.
Very good for the price as well.
I found a lower price 2 days later but the seller wasn't interested in price matching.
Shipping
Would buy from seller again as my laptop was delivered early.
I plan on getting an extended warranty for it very soon before the manufacturers' warranty is up.
Packaging/appearance
Laptop was received in proper packaging and work very well.
It arrived in factory packing, but i had a problem with computer programs until i had to reboot the whole computer again.

What amazes me is how cool this run compared to my hp laptop from a few years ago.

This does not have a touch screen which is fine by me because i dont care for fingerprints on the screen

I never use the touch screen its really not needed if you buy a wireless mouse
