I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a really nice laptop that's actually affordable.

I was up set and contacted pconline and with in 12 hours they shipped a new plug and set up guide.

On arrival, i found that the hinge was a great improvement compared to the dell laptops i previously used.
I don't like being urged to use edge or other microsoft products.
This hp offered 32gb in ram compared to the 16gb on my apple and still provides the same t in storage.
Other laptops with similar specs were priced at least $100+ higher.

Bottom line if you shop on amazon for a computer look for pconline and buy from them via amazon best customer service ever

It was a plastic case i dont now if that had anything to do with it but after 30 days its wouldnt turn on or off
