Computer continually crashes. Some how it is my fault their * product is crashing. This unit was modified by the seller.

Works good, above average processing speed, pretty light weight.

Typical hp computer -- good product and works great.

Hp support is only marginal; but the product continues to impress (have had only hp laptops for many years).

The only "fault" is the touchpad which comes way too sensitive.

The ad said it shipped in s mode but after a couple of hours and working with hp we found that it was not shipped in s mode.

Competitiveness

This makes a big difference as i research docking stations.

I've tried other brands throughout the years and i always go back to hp.

For what you get the price wasn't too bad compared to other similar models.
