Pros

Faster than my old one, automatically duplex and prints on both side. Auto duplexing is useful and saves paper. No complaints, so i have a 2nd cartridge in case this one runs out.

Cons

This is not amazon quality refurbished. Wasn't even dusted. No toner cartridge.

This is the best printer i have gotten so far, printer is very productive and reliable and the printing quality is superb.

50k pages and [hopefully] still going strong after 6 years.

Price

Remanufactured cartridges work just as good as new ones at a fraction of the price.

Works great for a very low price.

Mine didn’t come with toner but honestly i don’t care i bought 13,800 pages of toner for $35.

Shipping

And super fast shipping which was really important

Shipping was fast, printer worked perfectly, we use it in an office environment.

It was delivered four days before i expected it.

The sent out another printer the next day which arrived as quickly as the first.

Packaging/appearance

I recieved the printer, well packed and looking brand new but without the toner cartridge that thedescription stated would be included.

Even though it was refurbished it was very good looking that came with black toner!

Competitiveness

Fortunately it was easy to find the steps on hps website to reset the printer to factory defaults.

I need another printer for another location and have been taken back by the printer mark up currently.
