    They worked patiently with me to try and fix the problem and when it was clear the problem was not fixable they replaced the printer with an upgraded model because they were out of stock on this model

    Original review i originally loved this printer but since purchasing and using hp laserjet paper its been jamming nonstop

    I would not give the printer 1star for something that can be fixed by changing paper except that when it jams it has a horrible time convincing itself its not jammed

    There will be no paper anywhere in the printer but it remains convinced its jammed displaying the error message and not letting me do anything

    I also really like the print from mobile device feature and email to print which btw will allow you to print google docs by emailing the doc as an attachment to your printers dedicated email address
