Quality
The quality is excellent, and the cartridges last a long time.
The build quality looks well done and the printer is a good value for the price.
Not pleased that the printer does not come with full carts.
That said, compared with other color laser printers the quality is high and the print speeds are fast.
Price
Msrp is $499 & sale price was $318.
The only difference i could see for the refurbished price was it came in a plain box.
Given the cost, i hope that's accurate.
Packaging/appearance
Wish that it came in black, and that you could turn off the auto-shutdown.

However i would like to insult the mother of the engineer who decided to have the power button blink continuously in sleep mode
