Pros

Easy to print using the onedrive app, so i uninstalled the hp smart app. Printing is fast once it starts for documents.

Cons

The it goes to sleep and falls off the grid. The hp support website is as useless as i have ever seen. Not conducive to a quick-moving business environment.

This printer comes with only a small amount of toner btw, so the price is deceptive. New firmware breaks non-hp toner cartridges.

The m452nw seems to have compatibility issues with mac networks (networks using apple airport branded routers and/or routers without a wps button) now the printer isn't recognized by my wireless network. What is the point of getting this piece of * if... Read More

The warranty expired. If no warranty, then no hp service. Thank you amazon for letting me return it even though the return date had expired.
