Cons
There is no way to get a hold of amazon except through their automated * which does not help. Returning is a pain and a waste of my time to get nothing but charged for it.

Only thing i would've wanted is an additional (3rd) usb- c port on the opposite side.
Price
Then, i got an email from my amazon account saying a refund of $159.
I contacted the vendor to see if i could get a price adjustment.
Shipping
This laptop arrived quickly and was easy to set up.
I love my new laptop, and i think the vendor gave me great customer service.
I'm amazed at how quickly the vendor responded; from the time i first contacted them to the time i received my refund was only six hours.
I had one question for customer service and their response was prompt and clear.

Regarding my actual purchase i bought my laptop during the early black friday sales when there was only one of these laptops left and the restock date was in january 2024

I was surprised to see that five days later the cost of laptop had dropped 150 and that suddenly there were ten laptops in stock
