All other qualities are great for the $. Decent laptop. The quality is great.
Cons
Had it 3 months and already having issues where wifi is gone. It's loud and not quiet at all. Secondly, from my picture you see it's not 14 but 13.

I almost returned it because of the lack of this feature but by the time you unpack it plug in charger it started uploading all my data from my old laptop i didnt feel i could return it

Buy a 34keyboard cover34 off amazon for about 6 that will gives you black keys with white letters the keys easy to see read
