Pros

The machine itself is beautiful with zero scratches. Definitely worth purchasing.

It works great! My sister uses it and she plays video games on this and the battery life lasts for hours! Over all, it works for what i need. It takes a while to restart and log back into apps.

Cons

It is slow, lags and crashes constantly. When i select an app like explorer it takes forever to load.

Had to send back. Returning asap. Have not received my refund. See above i was sent a damaged lap.

Zoom cannot be downloaded. The laptop was locked and never had access.

Also, the keyboard is nearly impossible to read when at any kind of angle. Because it's clear they bought a cots light-up key set but didn't install lights, the letters are a soft transparent gray. Shift keys above numbers are all wrong. They are all ... Read More
