Pros

It's compatible with all of our computers. The cartridge is not terribly expensive. The only thing i have against these printers,(we have 2 of them ) is the cost of ink!

Cons

The paper drawer is flimsy. The scanner glass isn't long enough to accommodate 14 paper. The ink cartridge is empty.

At best, it's completely unreliable and will break for sure within the first year. The software suite and interface with different devices over a wireless network is some of the worst i've ever seen. Their virtual assistant is useless.

The error is somewhere in the interface with windows 10. There is no consistent fix, and i'm no slacker when it comes to plodding for hours or even days through the internet for a fix. If by voodoo, i'm able to circumvent these issues, the color or bl... Read More

When you cancel the instant ink program, the ink cartridges in your printer becomes unusable. The cancelling is not as straightforward. They state it is beyond the 90 day warranty but it is only 88 days.

Very excellent quality, i used that almost every week, there is no quality issue.
