This is the first printer that i've owned and it's very easy to operate which is great. I'm a big fan of hp and have been using their products for years, and thankfully this printer did not disappoint me.

The touchscreen is responsive with larger icons and this printer works quitely. The biggest plus is that it is not super tall and bulky like the other hp printers.

There is an automatic refill program that is offered with this printer. You can monitor your cartridge and automatically order a new one when it's low. It scans straight to fax using the hp app.

Not a ding, just that consumer/home printing doesn't need to get any better, it just needs to get cheaper. Works 98 percent of the time for casual household printing needs. Keeps any dust off your paper and also avoids paper jams.

The printer only works with half of the paper try full. If more than half, it jams. Does not feed through the document feeder. Will never but hp again.

Went to hp website and went through troubleshooting unsuccessfully. Problem now is the wi-fi not working from computer, i assume from disconnecting all the wires.
