Pros

It appears to be a newer model than the one i had to discard. Really well-made got everything all bells and whistle’s. Really user-friendly and really good price.

Cons

Save yourself some time, money, and frustration and do the same. This printer goes through ink at a ridiculous rate. The printer takes an enormous amount of time to warm up.

I am somewhat tech savvy so it's not like i haven't a clue as to how this machine should work. Turn printer off, then on. When i do attempt this, i get an error message saying the printer isn't online (because it's sitting there with the ink replaceme... Read More

Buyer beware. From what i have found, hp recommends buying another printer.

In year three, i received the dreaded, there is a problem with the printer or ink system error. After going through the troubleshooting proceess, replacing the printheads it still has the same error. Not happy since the printhead is messed up.

The printer periodically announces that our cyan, yellow, and/or magenta cartridges are empty. The original cartridges lasted a year. The printer itself keeps freezing.
