The additional functionality is okay if you like wasting time. The touch screen is ridiculously small and it's very difficult to successfully activate the correct menu icons. I have not tried it - it's not worth time and frustration.

Spend more money and buy a better printer than this hunk of absolute junk. Now hp thinks it is entitled to all of my data.

Built in cartridge monitoring and authentication causes so many issues with print queuing that we're looking now switching to an epson to replace it. Using this printer wirelessly when the client is also on vpn is almost impossible.

After replacing the magenta cartridge - the printer message used hp cartridges. There's also issues where it flags hp cartridges as counterfeits. Of either it auto-bypassing the issue or a nag screen that you have to bypass on the printer.
