Pros
My only complaint is the high cost of ink - but that's nothing new. Ink prices (i'm only using hp genuine) are reasonable. All a mystery to me.
It's a very good looking and compact unit. The integration and wireless management are great. The ink is easy to load and to replace and track levels.
The only test left is to see how long it lasts. Hidden on the printer screen and available in an auxiliary booklet reference guide. Lots of other features are available, but no instructions are provided.
Cons
Tried to reprint and paper jam. The display is so small and choppy i just cannot take it! It is very noisy (clunky) the software is non intuitive and takes forever to navigate.
When i tried to reach out to have the problem resolved, all they have is a virtual assistant with no help at all! Save your time and call tech support if installing on windows computer. Reached support on chat & the first agent has no clue, wastes... Read More
Infuriating and frustrating. I am so frustrated with this product that i plan to replace it with a different brand.
Don't waste your money on the beautiful premier. Def do more research before buying than me.

Price
Depending on how sensitive you are to scary oversite by big brother, you might want to skip the “free” ink and reduced price ink feature.
Shipping
Printing is fast and duplexes great and much faster than the old one.
The printer cartridge installation was quick and the printer head alignment quick.

Edit: so i tried printing from the top tray and it printed the 100lb cardstock.

Dont bother trying to find the 9015 that you purchased from amazon

While that is the number on the actual printer as far as the app is concerned it is a 9010

Google the question and found several folks in the hp community support who had discovered the same thing ho both models provide the exact same capabilities only the color and marketing specifications are different there are no changes in the features or capabilities of both models

Another member posted that the 9010 was the european designation for the american 9015

Fortunately the 9010 or 9015 is a good little workhorse
