Pros

Easy to setup, easy to connect wirelessly, good print quality. It even prints and copies double-sided. My main use is the scanner.

It is a wider printer, so i had to set it up on a 16 inch wide bookshelf. The ink is only $40 and i'm hoping it lasts a year like my work printer. Well done hp.

After almost exactly two years, the cartridge carriage on my 9010 (previous model) jammed (stuck on the right side) because of a broken plastic gear. If one ink cartridge is empty, it will not print - at all. This is typical of every hp product if eve... Read More

Not a smooth print process at all. Except when copying or scanning multiple pages. When it prints it sounds like it's on its' last leg. Many shortcomings, including a paper drop that is too short to hold a full page.

Error link in the app goes straight to warranty pages. Constantly says the firmware update was unsuccessful. Went through a lengthy troubleshooting process with instaink personnel.

My last hp printer. Pretty much since i got the printer, it freezes up every couple of days or so. Buy an epson- should have stuck with them.
