Pros

The pavilion 11th gen. Has a powerful processor and 16gb of ram. It runs excel files and macros with ease.

It's fast, it's light, it has an excellent display. The processing speed is top notch. The speakers are fantastic. Recharged extremely fast.

Minutes of removing the bloatware and a little reconfiguring of certain features. I have only two gripes; one of which was fixable.

It does everything well and without fanfare. After one week it performs very well. All in all quite satisfied and works as promised.

Screen is bright and easy to look at. The keyboard has a great tactile feel to it. It also has a separate numeric keypad which is a feature i demand in a laptop. With bright light on the keyboard, they're readable.

Cons

Fue una tremenda desilusión. The computer does not have an ethernet port. The hinge falls off after 14 months. The usb type-c is useless.

This is the first laptop i have had in 10 years that came ready to go and works better than expected.

I have purchased so many laptops over the years and all of them were disappointing and got returned.

This lap top has no touch screen, so 1 star for that one (was aware it had no touch screen, so not disappointed or so).

Price

This is a decent laptop well priced for its features.

Pc works wonderful, i wanted one to keep up with working from home but not the full cost of a gaming laptop.

Shipping

Seller replied quickly and courteously to my questions.

Needed to do some work to it to make it livable but that's windows for you.

Competitiveness

It's a lot better then my previous hp.

It is very different from windows 10 and i can't use classic shell on it which i loved.

Similar setup in 2024 model would fetch $1,500 or more.
