The hp pavilion tg01-1022 is compact and it has plenty of connectivity ports. The keyboard and mouse are very rote but the keyboard has a nice mechanical feel. Transferring data via usb 3. Gen 1 ports is really nice to see.
This is an affordable gaming system which performs well for my needs. Setup is very easy, it asks you a series of questions about things such as location preferences and other privacy settings. As a plex server, this serves well.
User benchmark rated it as a yacht for gaming and an aircraft carrier for desktop use. It's worth mentioning that this same model is selling for less money on hp’s site, though. Out of the box this has some very impressive specs on it.
Cons
This pc is bottom of the barrel as far as builds go. The motherboard is weak. It lags alot for vr gaming such as steam vr and wired headsets. Tried to get tech support, not worth it.
The parts are sub-par at best. Horrible customer service. Now it sits unusable. The days of great amazon service and return policies are over.

Packaging/appearance
Cabling is already in place, and screws are included in the packaging.
It was easy to dispose of the small amount of packaging.
Do yourself a favor and just reinstall windows 11 for a fresh out of the box experience that's free of bloatware.
Competitiveness
Also bought a 2tb ssd for more storage.
The system packs a ryzen 3 5300g apu and radeon rx 5500 gpu.
This four core, eight thread cpu has only an 8mb l3 cache which is much less than amd’s flagship chips like the ryzen 7 5800x.
You can also go as high as a ryzen 7 5700g on the cpu side.
