Pros
It comes in plastic-matte shell which looks premium and feels nice. The colour and effect are controlled by pressing the button on top of the mouse. It also features several rgb illuminations and fixed colours and modes.
Cons
This is unusable. This is a cheaply made mouse which will fall apart after a month or so. Hp weasel out of their warranty like the terrible company they are.

This was also rather a reasonable price considering its brand.
Competitiveness
The scroll wheel feels good to scroll and provides a lot more grip surprisingly than other mice due to its anti-slip texture.
The wire is made from a noticeably cheaper rubber-plastic, is rather short compared to competition and kinks a lot.

There is no software that i could find however that can offer more customisation and the only way to change the colour is via the button
