This is an hp design flaw and it is awful. It constantly freezes and i have to shut it down and restart it. I dislike that it doesn't support zoom backgrounds.

No peanuts or airbags to prevent the hp box from being bounced around during shipment.

Packaging/appearance

Received my pc today and opened the box immediately to start setting it up.

Comment: both laptops were loosely packed which may have caused my original issue.

The hp box was just placed in a larger brown, cardboard shipping box.
