The wireless is spotty (i just use mine plugged in which defeats the purpose), it jams a ton, it lags, and worst of all it * toner like a vacuum. I have to jam it into the printer and 7/10 that leads to a paper jam.

Owned the printer for about 2 yrs. The printer is currently priced at $330, and it is staggeringly overpriced. Given the nicer hp printer my parents have is also garbage, it's fair to say neither me or my family will ever buy an hp printer again.

Installation from cd takes over an hour and requires a reboot. Stopped working from desktop access. The wifi is now inoperative as hp has stopped support of it.
