Thp photosmart premium i ordered would not work on set up and i had to call support which cost me $50.
Competitiveness
Pros and cons and advice are belowpros-scanning and copy options are adequate compared to price-nice interface with touch screen.

I have my for over 4 year love it had some software issues recently uninstalled all the hp software and reinstalled the cd installation and problem was solved

When considering a machine keep in mind printers sell for 36 times under their manufacturing cost with the expectation that that loss will be made up on ink which is why ink is so overpriced
