Pros
It's not heavy, very portable, but it still can solve my daily tasks smoothly without any stuck. Large screen, large keyboard. Only downside is that the keyboard does not have a backlight.
Well pleased with this product. I use it for the non-profit i work for to write the newsletter. It’s not too pink, but more subtle.
Gave in and upgraded my ancient hp laptop and ordered the upgraded version of this model. The graphics are so good and the operating system is just what i need. Would buy again if needed.
Cons
The camera is not good but that's not a huge deal breaker for me. I waste so much time waiting for it to scroll or search or open a window! I know it’s a good price but it's not worth the headache.
This runs on a chrome os build system, not chrome. It is not as good as an actual chrome operating system. You often have to restart from pc freezing.
Always happy with hp laptops not this one. My 10-yr old external hp display has way better color! This laptop was not advertised as used. Please don't purchase an acer computer.

Easy to use, not toobig and bulky
Great video, light weight, no keys stick, fairly fast, audio is loud and crisp, and cortana walks you through the setup.

I bought this computer as a backup for working from home mostly because it was not too expensive.
One thing that definitely drew me to this laptop was the price tag.
