Pros

This model is really priced good value in amazon. Hp is a brand i've steered clear of for many years now due to significant issues in the past.

Needed a new desktop computer for my husband. His needs are basic, no gaming or complicated programs. Replaced older desktop. There is no os on there which was surprising but easy to fix.

I absolutely love it, it has some noise but totally bearable. Functions quickly and smoothly. Since it has an ssd it stays cool and just about noiseless.

Not only does it have a small footprint, its speed is exceptionally good. It's quick, has plenty of storage for everyday use and enough ram to run several programs at once. No trouble with streaming delays, acquires wifi well. Storage for all pics and... Read More

Cons

There’s no point in buying a 400 dollar computer if it can’t compute. Seemed cheaply made. It is officially 5 months old now and is ready for disposal.

Its only me using it and provides me with the speed and security for home use and the internet.

I didn't need any of the extra's just the cpu and i am very happy.

Amazon helped me find the proper ram it was simple to install and imo should be included with the build of the machine.

The specs are fine for browsing and email, which is about the extent of what she does with the computer.

But the price & specs on this were tempting so i decided to give it a chance.

I remember when computers costs were in excess of $1000.

Packaging/appearance

Was able to transfer my old documents and pictures, thanks to the cloud.

Competitiveness

This cpu exceeded my expectations for the price.

Bought this for the wife to replace her aging (2-year old) lenovo which gave up the ghost.

A perfect computer for me--and, i have learned to trust hp.
