Come with a sleeve for the laptop and great packaging.
Competitiveness
I replaced it now with an hp pavillion x360 convertible 14 and so far it is great.
Still using it as of november 2018
Will try and return this and get a new toshiba.
If you need a good wndows platform thats using all the update tech check this laptop out.

It is just overly big and rightclicks and leftclicks sometimes get muddled

The actually tactile click is also not the most satisfying and sometimes in the corners it feels as if you are really digging into the computer
