Pros

The printer is quick printing and is rechargeable. It connects quickly and the mobile app works well. It prints via bluetooth from the machine onto small photo paper with a sticker back.

Cons

After about 5 prints the printer overheats and the film gets stuck. The app to print from is cumbersome, not user friendly and the text is next to impossible to see.

Redownloading firmware does not work. It's just an oversight in design that hp refuses to acknowledge or fix. All it does is give a server error message and won't do anything else. Do better hp.

I'm definitely suspicious of why this product has high reviews. Save yourself the money and actually read the reviews this time and not the overall rating of this product. Do not waste your money.
