Pros

Only complaint is i didn't pay attention and it doesn't have the little number pad. It’s also user friendly and the computer has cortana to help you set up step by step. My only “but” is that doesn’t have a touchscreen ( my other have it).

Cons

This seller is horrible with customer service. Given that a good portion of my work is as a freelance writer, this is an incredibly frustrating problem to have.

This laptop is slower than death. Biggest frustration is microsoft’s latest attempt at not allowing me to download chrome.

Although the design is sleek and pretty, that's where it stops. It is just little more than a word processor and web browser and some web video watching.

Every time i go to turn this computer on it flickers over and over and over and then we’ll finally start up about 15 to 20 minutes later.

This new one cost $250 so it was a no brainer.

Just bought this for my dear daughter, and it's like the cinderella of affordable tech.

But it's the absolute best you'll get for this price.

(she can't work using wireless), other than that seems like a good computer for the price.
