Pros

Extremely slim, light, neat little laptop. I'm used to an intel 11th generation i5 on a desktop and have no complaints. The computer overall is very lightweight and nice.

Overall satisfied purchase and good experience so far. Delivered on time with care. Working from home as well as streaming every now and then.

These things are great, particularly in the day of escalating pc/laptop prices. Has 3 usb ports and 1 hdmi. Signing into my microsoft onedrive allowed and immediate download of my ms office subscription.

Cons

With nothing but factory windows installed, it is so slow as to be unusable. The keyboard and track pad are cheap and uncomfortable. Just skip this laptop.

No, it hasn’t been dropped, mistreated, etc. It was messed up and didn't work. Was extremely bummed out.
