Pros

The power button is on the side, which can be inconvenient. The keypad is big. The computer is slightly cumbersome when using as a tablet. The power cord connects to all my other hp notebooks on the left side, and this one connects on the right side.

The touchscreen seems to work well, although i haven't really used it yet. The touchscreen is very sensitive, and the touchpad is actually one of the better ones i’ve ever used. The touch screen is a gamechanger. The flip screen is great for his use.

The laptop is lightweight and easy to tote around. The pavilion is very smooth and crisp in a way.

My only negative is the battery life. The battery life is decent. Now to my one complaint.

Cons

Opening a web browser also becomes a chore after a few years. I am not happy that they don't work after only owning the computer for a few months.

Battery life is poor, and it keeps disconnecting from wi-fi. After that the startup starts lagging and it takes a good 7 minutes to get it up and running. It takes forever to update, sometimes automatically which of course happens at bad times and it ... Read More

First the adapter on the charger started get super hot after only 10 minutes of charging.

Very nice laptop, came when expected and just as detailed.

Luckily, even though the outer box was soaked, the inner box seems to have protected it.

Competitiveness

I had an older similar hp laptop and this one has many improvements over it.

I had to call them and they told me they were not familiar with this product and then tried to connect me with hp, who never answered.
