    I dont like the backpack zippers are super cheap i cant keep my laptop safe cause the zipper is broken on the 1st use

    Two small problems though one the laptop comes preloaded with bloatware two if you select “slideshow” as your background the laptop will slow to a crawl and stay slow until background is set to “picture” i felt terrible when my wife thought she got a bad laptop but was in love with it when i fixed it
