Pros

The touchscreen is very sensitive, and the touchpad is actually one of the better ones i’ve ever used. The computer is slightly cumbersome when using as a tablet, but i love the large size of everything. The touch screen is a gamechanger.

Even though the outer box was soaked, the inner box seems to have protected it. The pavilion is very smooth and crisp in a way. Power cord connects to all my other hp notebooks on the left side, and this one connects on the right side.

Camera is pretty good, gets you through zoom, speakers are good as well. The laptop is lightweight and easy to tote around. Getting knocked out of zoom meetings is really annoying.

Cons

Opening a web browser also becomes a chore after a few years. I am not happy that they don't work after only owning the computer for a few months.

Battery life is poor, and it keeps disconnecting from wi-fi. After that the startup starts lagging and it takes a good 7 minutes to get it up and running. It takes forever to update, sometimes automatically which of course happens at bad times and it ... Read More

Good work laptop, battery life is a bit lower than i wouldve like but great laptop

First the adapter on the charger started get super hot after only 10 minutes of charging.

The hinge has two pieces of hard plastic that stick out and they either rip up the tablecloth or scratch the table underneath.

Competitiveness

I had an older similar hp laptop and this one has many improvements over it.

I had to call them and they told me they were not familiar with this product and then tried to connect me with hp, who never answered.

The ui for the tablet mode is slightly different from the laptop mode.
