First off, i need to address all the bad reviews regarding this computer's lack of fingerprint reader and backlit keyboard.

Is good for the price but no help from amazon after stop charging so why buy from amazon if no guarantee.

For the price i paid, i think it's very resonable even it's a bit heavy.

Now that it has arrived and i have completed the unboxing, i realize that this product is slightly different than i expected.

The one i received was silver, but had a black faceplate and black keys with white outlined letters.

Side note, the listing and the box for the laptop say its 14-dw1024nr but under computer properties, it -says 14-dw1xxx.
