It is a touchscreen which was a must have for me and very reasonably priced. Half the weight of my dell which is also very nice. Easy to set up. Nothing to dislike.

The keyboard does not light up so that sucks but it’s seems to be the norm with lower priced laptops not an extremely big deal

One important thing to note is that this laptop comes with windows 10s activated i had a hard time figuring this out because it did not alert me i only realized after i could not download software from the web

My dell gave me a notice upon set up that windows 10s was activated

It worked fine until just after the 30 day return window when the wireless network stopped being able to connect

After about a month i finally got the computer back from hp

Hp support is now telling me that because the device is beyond the 90 software troubleshooting window that they need to charge me in order to troubleshoot it before they can fix the network card again even though the device came with a 1 year hardware warranty
