Pros

The hp w1907 looks glossy, almost like a glass finish and the colors are rich and vibrant. The detail is sharp and crisp too. Picture is great. Mainly because of it's glossy image, which produces a much brighter, clearer image.

A little bit of a pain to do everyday, however it definitly saves some frustration for your day. The monitor still works fine but it was very unclean. About the only downside with this particular monitor is the 1 year warranty.

Cons

The bottom line from the sages on the internet is that thepower something or other is going and will soon be kaput. I use my computer for a living so this is not a toy for me it is my livelihood.

The only way to get the monitor to display the new source correctly is to go through the on-screen menus. I have suspicions that this monitor was the culprit in damaging the graphics chip on the motherboard of the hp desktop. After replacing the mothe... Read More

Good screen very long lasting have had for many years of gaming use and still works no problems

I found this product to be of excellent quality.

I have gone the last few months actually thinking about how durable this monitor is, and when it will eventually crap out on me.

The sound quality of the integrated speakers is good for an office pc but is null for a home-entertainment use in my opinion.

Price

I only wish i had bought it at the same time as the pc -- could have saved myself some $$!

Good price & no more left and right scrolling.

If you buy for $200, it's a great buy.

So if you are looking to get performance for a reasonable price, buy this monitor.

Very, very pleased, with the package and amazon!

Box included both vga and dvi cables which was a plus since my new computer only accepted dvi input.

I was able to compare it with other monitors in the store.

I bought it alongside an older model hp slimline).

Most of the other lcd monitors looked flat, dull and lifeless next to the hp w1907.

I looked at several monitors in the $100 - $125 price range and the hp 1907 stood out from the bunch.
