Pros
The camera show nice picture and mic works well. After installing this external, camera is well restored. Great for zoom meetings.
Very durable and great quality. Audio is great. Build quality is also great with sturdy body. Product & computer accessories.
Cons
Images are grainy and have lot of noise. No hd quality rendering.
Protrude is a deceiving product. It protrudes to the front too much instead of sitting flush with the monitor.
Saw the box and knew instantly that this product was returned previously. This is not plug and play. Logitech is far better.

Though the low light performance is not as good and lower resolution is ok if you have lower bandwidth internet
