Pros

Received my replacement in 2 or 3 days after requesting it. Just replaced batteries on mouse this week. Keyboard still working on original batteries. Overall, very pleased with purchase.

Cons

The keys on the keyboard continuously stick. The mouse wheel skips up and down while scrolling. Changed the batteries. Some keys transfer to options not selected.

It is not worth the inconvenience and the down time it is costing my business. Not even my worst enemy. Save yourself a lot of grief and buy some other kind.

The material looks like to be good and durable however it's impossible to use it during the day. The keyboard is cheap, flimsy and light. The mouse is overly sensitive.
