Pros
Nice cushioned grip. Comfortable, quick delivery. The handle is soft but does not bend. Plus super comfy in the hand.
The bands are very strong and gives a great workout. Some exercises require anchoring a band to something.
Strong and very durable. They are sturdy, seem to be very durable, and they are definitely comfortable. They allow me to do bilateral independent cable exercises.
Cons
The center is made of plastic & snapped so easily. The grooves in the cushions feel cheap and the handle feels thin. A complete waste of money.
