Quality
Looks weird, with the mix of blue and red, but the plants seem to like it and it was inexpensive and easy to install.
I have them sitting directly on top of the humidity dome of the hydrofarm ck64060 hot house kit which i bought here (with the heat mat).
Bought a pair of these direct from hqrp and saved about $10 overall, but didn't get the uv meter with the deal.
For this, the product deserves 5 stars.

Love the price, i grow herbs just fine with it.
Shipping
I like descrete shipping but what ever.
The shipping however was a little slow but came completely assembled and in excellent condition.
Packaging/appearance
They told us to discard the item.

Because of the light dropoff between the two panels i angled them together slightly by propping up the inner edges of both panels like the peak of a roof with a small clear plastic cup then taped the backs together so they wouldnt separate

I left off one star just because they are a little cheap feeling and not sure how long they will last
