I have yet to test this capacitor under very heavy loads but at 10 amp draws it functions as expected.
Though it takes a long time to charge, they can weld a bit.
Price
My $45,000 lcr meter at work won't even read it.
Price is honestly a bit high considering these issues, but you can do worse here.
Seem to be a good value on testing them

But i can say i charged the capacitor at 5 amps for about 3 minutes give or take and ive been running this motor for 15 minutes already and it has barely dropped
