Cons
Total junk. At best the switch won't work reliably. I assume no liability for it.
It is a rotary plastic switch with copper to copper grinding as you turn it. It is not possible to rotate the dial to read properly. No basic instructions or wiring diagram. Wire just pops out.

The quality was good and the switch has a solid feel.
I used a wirecap for this and hooked the rest up with the l.
There are no instructions in the bag with the new switch.
Shipping
Would have been five stars overall except for shipping a defective piece.

Thought i couldnt use the 4 contact device for a second until i realized that two of the wires in the 6 wire are just spliced together in the old switch

Motor wires red low connects to 1 bluemedium connects to 2 blackhigh connects to 3 whiteneutral connects to the white wire from the power source green ground connects to the bare copper ground wire from the power source

Then i pigtailed 2 wires off of the power source black wire
