Great improvement over incandescent bulb. Brighter than my normal bulb and should last much longer. Little pricey though.
The maglite has a much higher lumen than the original bulb. It produces an extremely clear, bright, almost blinding white light. While the beam it produces is very narrow/focused, it's absolutely worth it in brightness.

This is a bright bulb for a good price.

Fits perfectly into a 3d cell maglite flashlight.
Worked very well for me, replaced the original 4-cell maglite bulb perfectly.
Much less expensive compared to purchasing new model led maglight.

I bought 2 of these for my 35yearold maglites one 5 ccell and one 3 ccell

Light bulb works but i had to leave off the retaining ring that screws over the bulb to hold it securely

The flange on the bulb is bigger than the one that it replaced so the retaining ring would not reach the threads to screw on

On several occasions we were able to use the vastly improved brightness to see the neighborhood bear out for a stroll at the edge of the property and run off a couple delinquent raccoons before they tipped the trash bin
