Pros
It seems reasonably well-made. Works well after programming for my sharp portable air conditioner. Well build, operates exactly as expected.
Remote controls air conditioner and flashlight. Can change from centigrade to fahrenheit on remote control.
Not sure why theres lot of people struggling with the instructions its literally just a 3 step setup. Use the auto setup.
Cons
Neither the original or the replacement have a working backlit screen. This device has a light, but it does better as a flashlight than allowing you to read the screen. Please refund my money.

If you happen to go past the number you want press ok and use the temp updown button to move the number updown then press ok

After two years of use the buttons on the air conditioner became sticky and difficult to use and wed lost the remote
