I got this item as a promotion item and i enjoy it, especially cause it is sulfate free and i need that with the products i use in my hair.

Now i'm back to hsi again, so so so happy about this product!

I was hoping it was a fluke that the pump had issues, but the conditioner also has a problem with the pump.

Price

Finally i found this one on amazon, the price was reasonable for the huge salon size bottle you get.

Will buy again if price stays reasonable-- already a repeat buyer.

Packaging/appearance

It is a decent amount of shampoo for the money and the packaging is nice (i love products in a pump bottle!

Competitiveness

This shampoo is much nicer than the more expensive high end brands.
