Im the one who asked if the arbor would fit in a 38 drill chuck

Point to point this hex is just under 38 so it does fit my 38 drill

Unless the manufacturer is breaking convention by specifying inner diameter of the cut out this hole saw is definitely not made to specification

Barely wore any paint from the saw

Once i hit about the eighth hole this started cutting noticeably more poorly and resulted in some nasty tearout on the last few holes

Worked well but missed the fact that the drill bit was press fit to the whole saw
