I came across amfilm some years ago which only had a few reviews but all very good reviews and i absolutely loved the screen protector i bought which was actually for my htc m7 which needed a new screen protector

What makes this brand unique for me is addressing the most annoying aspect of any screen protector which is mounting it on the phone without it winding up being crooked or having those terrible bubbles

Now this certainly doesnt leave the screen unprotected no because it comes within 116th or so of an inch to the edge

You place the screen protector which comes shielded on both sides onto the screen and they provide you with these kind of sticky or tacky feeling rubber bands so you then rubber band the protector in place on the phone
