Pros & Cons
Pros
Does not tilt or fall down.
I was impressed with the sturdiness and weight. Great quality and very sturdy. Sturdy, grippy, magnetic.
It also frees up space on my desk. Definitely improves ergonomics and it's a very solid device with a small form factor. Used this in classroom to support wacom tablet.
Arrived on time and in perfect condition - good packaging. No complaints. Very pleased with the product.
Cons
They give you a wrench to “tighten’ the bolts on the joints but doesn’t make any difference it will not stay up. Also, the hinge is not strong enough to hold the laptop at lower position. To access the screw is difficult when the item is flat.

It puts my screen more in line with my eyeline and makes it more comfortable when i'm working on my computer all day!

I thought i’d test out using it for a textbook and the support tabs are a bit too small for that use

I tried setting this up at its max height however it was just a little too tipsy and could fall because the majority of the weight is beyond the stable point

As others have noted to really make this stable you need a 10mm socket or adjustable wrench because the tool that’s included will strip
