Pros & Cons

Update Pros and Cons

Pros

Once assembled, the monitors are easy to swivel and rotate. Adjustments need to be made with the included hex wrench, which can be inconvenient.

It is sturdy without attaching to the desk but you can if you need to for larger heavier monitors. It's super sturdy, even though i used the stand and not the mount drilled into a desk.

Check the parts listing to ascertain whether all there. This, i believe, makes the setup more secure standing on the table without having to be fastened through a desktop hole. I fully trust my display setup on these stands.

Weighted base with padded feet is perfect for keeping it steady. It is very stable and sturdy and it gets the monitor high enough for me. I'm not worried about them falling/tipping over.

Even with all the hardship and strife in the world right now, it's moments like these that remind me that we are lowkey living in a golden time. It is as advertised.

Sturdy, well made, easy to assemble and very adjustable.

(see pics) all of the hardware is steel.

You have 2 pole pieces, you twist together and then to put the brackets on the back of the monitor.

Competitiveness

I have a small standard desk i bought from ikea and needed to divide the space between my work computers and my imac.

Like i was, you're probably looking at this stand and one other at a similar price point.

Before i purchased the stand my monitor was sitting on a makeshift stack of books which was not only unstable but also made it difficult for me to find a comfortable viewing angle

My desk also only allows the stand so i did not use the clamp

You need to tighten the adjustors with a provided allan wrench
