After i got it assembled i tested it out and it comes with three preset heights but programming your own is very easy

The desk goes up and down like its supposed to and when i put a lot of pressure on it while it was raising it automatically stopped and started to go down on its own to prevent damaging the motor assembly

I got it because its larger than my old desk and it can have the height adjusted

The old one was lower than i liked so i had to have my chair lower meaning that my legs were uncomfortable
