Pros

This foot rest helps with posture. It releases tension off my legs. This brings relief when i am doing hobbies at a table.

The rollers are the best, as they massage your foot. Can also use the footrest for rocking and pedaling. Rocking feature affords a little exercise, a nice bonus. Several height adjustments with a rocking foot pedal.

Cons

It's a solid product but not at all durable. There’s no rubber, just hard plastic so it constantly moves around. The bad part is i accidentally pressed hard on it when my husband made a fast stop and it broke in two.

The roller balls are only in the center and should be extended wider for comfort. I appreciate the adjustable height and massaging my feet in the rollers, but it was too * loud.
