Pros
Both the lap cushion and the wrist cushion are comfortable. Really comfortable, kinda bulky. The wristpad is uber comfortable. It also makes it very comfortable on my lap as there is cushioning underneath.
One word of caution though. This is the most convenient tool i have ever owned. We love this lap desk so much that i had to buy a second for my girlfriend to use.
The foam pad is perfect for my wrists, it's comfortable to use with my legs stretched out or cross legged. Without me taking it into consideration it matches the width of a west elm armchair i love pretty well.
Use it on top of my kitchen table to further elevate my laptop. It sits perfectly on my lap when working on my bed. I use it alot while w are watching tv in the evenings or even when i want to kick back in bed.
Cons
The fabric is cheap and padding uses cheap carnival toy filling. The edges are sharp. Look for something with a solid top and memory foam padding.

Mine came with a big ding in the pseudoveneer fauxwood which resulted in some splintering of the particle board

The phone holder is way too shallow and moving everything too quickly can easily knock your phone out onto the floor

The phone slot is useless because the angle tilts the phone down the picture is deceiving
